Well, I have finally made the transition to digital art media.... Indeed I have made it a point to keep my love of computers and art very separate over the years. Then three things changed all those preconceived ideas

1 WACOM GRAPHIRE 3 tablet
2 GIMP with many many hours of tutorials from youtube.com. So many wonderful people sharing there "time". I found that this is what really helped me improve some on my jump to digital.

3I have had so much going on and changing in the last 5 or 6 years I have had the worst case of art neglect. which brings to finding this site in august. This is the biggest single factory why I have began to truly enjoy drawing and painting again!

the fine line that splits human from animal is the ability to imagine
censoring that ability or imposing it to focus only on allowed zones reduces the infinity of it to a second set of instincts and human being to a degenerated animal codependant by comfort and fear

that's good..... i call this "creative independent thought process" this is a gift to us, and each and every day they find new and intresting was to take small bits of this freedom, and like you said when there done all that will be left is animals. and fear is the tools of there trade!

creative intelligence is emotional intelligence
the more complex the more prone to open up new perspectives
reduced to thinking in black and white it obscures even the ability to freely explore the 3d perception of space
not to mention a full complete spherical, non linear, vision

all the great stuff on this has really inspired me to learn more and create my own sweet stuff.

your colors are cool and helped me understand what to do with GIMP or at least what it should look like when i am done lol
